Chefsdagen i Norr – dialogue on leadership, skills and collaboration
On February 18, managers and leaders from across northern Sweden gathered at Chefsdagen i Norr (Managers' Day in the North) in Skellefteå – a regional meeting place focusing on leadership, development, and the exchange of experiences.
RUFFS participated together with its sister project Västerbottens hållbara omställning - VHO (Västerbotten's Sustainable Transition) and was on site to talk about the projects and what they have to offer.

Throughout the day, many valuable conversations took place around skills development, future needs and how education can support organisational development. These discussions also opened up opportunities for future collaboration.
Chefsdagen i Norr thus provided strong conditions for dialogue, knowledge sharing and new connections between employers, education providers and public organisations in the region.
