RUFFS hosts Business Breakfast in Luleå
On 27 March, RUFFS hosted the Business Breakfast in Luleå. Through the project, we work to strengthen the skills of small and medium-sized enterprises that are or aim to become subcontractors to industry.
The theme of the breakfast was how the changed security situation affects companies and the business community in Luleå. An issue that is becoming increasingly important, also for smaller businesses.
On stage, we gained valuable insights from:
- Peter Greberg, Wing Commander, F21
- Anna Lindh Wikblad, Municipal Director, Luleå Municipality
- Tobhias Wikström, CEO, Parachute Consulting
- Anders Öhlund, Head of Civil Protection and Emergency Preparedness, County Administrative Board of Norrbotten
A clear message was shared by all speakers: companies need to start preparing early. This includes understanding their role, reviewing their preparedness, and reducing vulnerabilities – both in times of crisis and in a more uncertain global situation.
The breakfast offered concrete perspectives and valuable discussions on what this means in practice for companies in the region. Insights that we bring with us into the continued work within RUFFS, where skills development is a key part of companies’ resilience and long-term competitiveness.
Many thanks to all speakers and participants for a rewarding morning!
