RUFFS participated in Stegra's supplier meeting - dialogue on future competence needs
On September 9, companies from various industries gathered at Boden Business Park with the ambition to become suppliers to Stegra. The goal was to foster dialogue between regional actors and the industrial initiative now emerging in Boden – the large-scale green steel plant led by Stegra.
RUFFS - which stands for targeted education for the steel industry of the future - took part in the meeting and engaged in conversations with business representatives about their competence needs.
The presence provided an opportunity to highlight the project’s educational offerings and gain insights into the companies’ perspectives.
The project offers training ranging from adult education to university level and aims to equip small and medium-sized enterprises in the steel industry’s value chain with the right skills.
