RUFFS is a project led by Luleå University of Technology, with Luleå Municipality and Boden Municipality as partners. The project is funded by the Just Transition Fund, with co-financing from the Swedish Agency for Economic and Regional Growth (Tillväxtverket) and Region Norrbotten.

The project period is January 1, 2025 – April 30, 2027.
